Costa Rica over the next two years, further bolstering its operational hub in the region.
Since establishing a presence in the country, Bosch has maintained an annual growth rate of 20% in its operations, highlighting its significant role in the local economy by promoting the development of specialized talent.
Currently employing over 600 staff, Bosch's goal is to exceed 1,000 employees within the next two years.
The newly created positions will include roles in trilingual customer service (English, French, Portuguese), accounting for shared services, software development, and technical support.
Additionally, there will be internship opportunities targeted at graduates from technical schools and universities.
