During the downtime, users attempting to access the site, https://www.ministeriodesalud.go.cr/, encountered a message indicating a server error, specifically error 500, accompanied by a notification stating, 'A database error has occurred.

Prior to the restoration, inquiries were made to the Press Department of the Ministry regarding the potential causes of the website outage, with specific consideration given to whether it was a precautionary measure in response to a possible cyber-attack.
