McDonald's to Host Seven Job Fairs Across Various Locations

The fast-food chain will hold recruitment events in different regions over the coming months.
McDonald's, the globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain, is set to conduct a series of seven job fairs across multiple locations in Costa Rica over the coming months.

These recruitment events aim to provide employment opportunities and are scheduled at various restaurants and venues.

The job fairs will take place at the following locations:

- January 22: San Francisco de Heredia, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- January 28: Río Oro de Santa Ana, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- January 29: San Rafael de Escazú, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- February 21: Villa Ecológica gymnasium, Municipality of Escazú, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- February 26: Paraíso de Cartago, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- March 19: Location in La Sabana, opposite Universal, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- March 26: Moravia restaurant, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Prospective applicants are required to meet several criteria.

Applicants should have completed at least ninth grade, be 18 years or older, be available for rotational work shifts, and exhibit a passion for customer service and orderliness.

McDonald's is offering several benefits for successful applicants, which include flexible schedules suitable for students, continuous training for skill development, access to medical services including wellness and psychological care, a solidarist association, as well as meals, uniforms, and work tools.
