The processing of the first 5,482 incapacity claims began early Tuesday morning using the ERP-SAP platform.
Gustavo Picado Chacón, the financial manager of the CCSS, confirmed that connectivity issues between the systems had been resolved, allowing for the processing of the initial claims, with anticipated deposits into the accounts of insured individuals occurring later that day.
The CCSS announced that by the end of the week, all pending incapacity claims from the previous and current weeks would be settled.
