The iconic Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa in Costa Rica has been sold for $111 million in a landmark transaction secured by JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group.

Known for its natural hot springs and lush rainforest setting, the resort is considered one of the country’s premier eco-luxury destinations.

The new ownership group is expected to maintain the property's environmental credentials while exploring potential upgrades.
