ACSI provides training for new hires.
The qualifications for applicants include the completion of a basic private security course and at least ninth grade education, which can either be completed or underway.
Yorleny Abarca, ACSI's human talent recruiter, emphasized the company is looking for motivated individuals who aspire to advance their careers.
Applicants should arrive with a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a complete curriculum vitae (CV).
The company specifically seeks candidates residing in the provinces of Heredia, Alajuela, or nearby areas.
For those who cannot attend the job fair, ACSI offers an alternative application method via email at empleos@acsisecurity.com.
Additionally, inquiries can be made by calling 8754-2772.
As part of the preparation for the job fair, potential applicants are advised to keep the following tips in mind for a strong CV: maintain clarity and conciseness in a structured design, prioritize relevant experience and highlight key achievements instead of merely listing job duties, use industry-specific keywords, present measurable results, and ensure that contact information is up-to-date and professional.
