The OIJ stated that the arrests were made in connection to an incident that occurred on March 16, where a confrontation reportedly resulted in gunfire.
According to OIJ reports, one of the suspects allegedly shot a man identified as Salazar in the chest during the altercation.
Salazar was subsequently transported to Hospital México, where he remains in critical condition.
