Weather Forecast for March 29 in Costa Rica

The National Meteorological Institute projects variable weather conditions across the country this Saturday.
The National Meteorological Institute (IMN) has announced the weather forecast for Saturday, March 29, in Costa Rica, indicating that weather conditions will be influenced by moderate to strong trade winds, particularly during the early morning and into the day.

These winds are expected to subside in the afternoon and evening.

A high level of humidity is anticipated over the Pacific Ocean, which is likely to promote cloud development and possible precipitation.

Conversely, the Caribbean coast will experience low to moderate humidity levels.

Occasional gusts are forecasted for the North Pacific and Central Valley during the early hours of the day.

In the Central Valley, skies are expected to remain partly cloudy, with light rain in the eastern mountains.

In San José, temperatures will range from a low of 17.7 °C to a high of 25.7 °C, while Alajuela will see temperatures between 18.7 °C and 29.5 °C.

The North Pacific region is projected to have mostly clear and breezy conditions throughout the day.

Liberia is expected to reach a maximum temperature of 36.4 °C and a minimum of 21.5 °C, marking it as one of the warmest areas in the country.

In the Central Pacific, partial cloudiness is anticipated in the morning, with scattered showers expected in the afternoon.

Parrita's temperatures will vary from 23.3 °C to 32.4 °C.

The Southern Pacific region is likely to see a sky ranging from partly cloudy to cloudy in the morning, with the development of scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon.

Golfito is forecasting temperatures between 22 °C and 34.3 °C.

The Northern Zone is expected to maintain mostly cloudy skies with occasional rain in the early morning and morning hours.

In Ciudad Quesada, temperatures will likely vary from a minimum of 17.2 °C to a maximum of 26.8 °C.

In the Northern Caribbean, predominantly cloudy skies are expected in the early hours, along with occasional rain.

Guápiles will experience temperatures between 21.3 °C and 29.7 °C, with the possibility of some of this cloud cover moving towards the Central Valley, resulting in light rain.

The Southern Caribbean will have similar conditions, with partly cloudy skies and intermittent rain in the morning.

Limón is projected to register a minimum temperature of 21.6 °C and a maximum of 29.9 °C.

Notable events coincide with local weather patterns, including sunrise in San José at 5:35 AM and sunset at 5:47 PM. The lunar phase will be a new moon.
